Visit the Tapawatra Sula, a unique rapid located at the confluence of the Gran Rio and the Pikin Rio of the Upper Suriname River.
This Sula is about 2.5 hours away from Knini Paati. Between 07:00 and 08:00 you depart from Knini Paati towards Tapawatra sula. There will be a stop along the way so you can enjoy breakfast. Then you will sail calmly to the final destination. During the day, you have the opportunity to enjoy the sula to the fullest. Between 12:00 and 13:00 lunch is served at one of the nearest villages. After this you have the opportunity to enjoy the sula for a while because at 3:00 pm the return journey to Knini Paati starts.
